Meet this original 1950's Lakewood kitchen. It was just the cutest thing you ever did see...dressed head to toe in PINK! Pink stove, oven and counter tops. The family had made this original kitchen a quaint and fun part of their home, but when they were ready for an update they gave Summey Industries a call. We came in and gave it a modern update with clean lines, crisp edges, and simple colors. Now the kitchen is brighter, more functional and updated.

We brightened the room by doing new shaker-style cabinets, put in new counter tops, and brand new appliances. We added a new island and under-mount sink. We installed new hardware, a new subway tile back splash, and put in a custom desk nook.

It's amazing how much more open and bigger the space now feels.
